It's a good neighborhood to live in. Our property manager has always been super nice and easy to work with. The duplex we rent is pretty good and they've been working to get some things fixed up. Maintenance is usually good to come with

These places are outdated in the kitchen and bathrooms. For what you are charging is completely RIDICULOUS. The floors are coming up making tripping hazards. And good luck getting a hold of management. Literally takes at least 5 emails to get a single response, VM is ALWAYS full!
