Changes noticed

I've lived in my place for several years now. The original leasing office sold and the change is noticed. Before the leasing office personnel invested in getting to know the tenants, now it is more vague and no relationship of any source trying to be established. The maintenance has gone down hill a little since I first moved in, now it seams to be quick fixes and just ok work with no way to recognize that the person who arrives for the ticket is truely with the maintenence crew. Rent has increased 3 consecutive years in a row. But the neighborhood is nice, and the location is great for quickly accessing the local business.

Area

Places are older. The area is beautiful, and when renovated, will be a great place to live. Very active community. Parking is minimal, but there is a one car garage and driveway that can fir too cars. Busy street due to children. New ownership is looking to improve environmnet. Smoking can be an issue as it comes through vents. Overall looking torward to changes being made. This will help as places feel old at this time.
