Before completing an application, Please confirm the following: Tenant Screening & Rental Application Policy Income: We operate under the Rural Development Program, which means total household income must be under one of the following limits based on household size and apartment option available. - 1 OCCUPANT = $61,450 - 2 OCCUPANTS = $69,400 - 3 OCCUPANTS = $77,400 - 4 OCCUPANTS = $85,400 - 5 OCCUPANTS = $91,800 - 6 OCCUPANTS = $98,200 The security deposit for this property is equal to one month’s base rent. The following is due at the time of application: $200 portion of the security deposit (the remainder of the security deposit will be due at lease signing) $22 non-refundable application fee per (age 18+) applicant Applications fees must be paid in one of the following ways: Credit card or ACH (e-check) with an online application Money order or cashier’s check (payable to Hornig Companies) with a hard copy application All in-person applications must be turned in directly to the leasing office.
