Retired and living the dream!

We have been living in Sundance for 3 months and love it. Kerry Ziegler is the reason we are here as we had several options but Kerry was so responsive and continued to be a great resource for us. From the moment we walked through the door and the place was in great shape to today. We would love to continue living in Sundance except for the winters.

Spring Review

It has been a positive experience living at sundance. I think visitor parking can be improved, however its not that big of an issue. Overall, sundance is a clean community and maintenance request’s have been a breeze.

Love it here

The staff, including the maintenance crew, care about their residents and property. I wish I could plunk this place downtown. The apartment is well lit, efficient, a decent size and nice. The noise is not their fault - there's an apartment complex being built next to the property When that's completed, the only noise will be the hum from the freeway, but that noise can't be heard IN the apartment.
