Review
I feel that after living at my residence for over a year, the use of marijuana by other residence is too excessive. Outdoor smoking should be placed further away from the entrances due to the amount of debris left behind by smokers and the smell that wafts at the entrance of the buildings. For the value, it is getting diminished compared to other similar priced complexes because the security and maintenance required of the structures. Other facilities utilize RFID fobs in entry of the buildings in comparison to using a key. They can not be replicated and they are easier to use. Its already being placed for entry of the pool, mail room, exercise room and main office... Those are my two biggest concerns. Security and Marijuana use. When it comes times to extend my lease, I will weigh those factors with more importance.
