Maintenance is the highlight of this property. They are always fast to respond to urgent matters. The frequency with which we need their assistance is disappointing. Our unit's ceiling has leaked from the above unit on multiple occasions, including recently. If it weren't for the amazing staff, this would be an even bigger problem. We are learning that the ceilings are pretty thin as well. Since getting new neighbors recently, we are frequently disturbed by loud walking and general sounds from normal living. It would be unfair for us to blame our new neighbors, but the stomping noises are very disturbing. Every other normal issue has been handled promptly and with care. We are happy to live here and will likely re-sign the next lease.
