I dont have many issues with the exception of noise and snow plowing. First and last garages in a string set and handicap spots really do need to have snow removed fully so one can get vehicle safely out of garage, not to mention physical injury trying to manuever through snow bank to get in and out of vehicle. Also would like to see better care of gutters both on units and garages…..plant life grows in the gutter theyre so full of dirt and debrise. Really dislike the amount of inspections as well. I also wish that a 24 hour notice of entry didnt mean it could be written to include all five days in a weee, so one never knows when to expect a inock at the door. General times (ie) 11:00-3:00 should be given so one isnt waiting at home for hours and days due to wanting to be present should management come calling. ?? ty for asking.

I never met a better manager than LaVonne, and her “sidekick” Carrie. LaVonne is fair and helpful with whatever concern one might have. Nick is great as a maintenance person. He’s knowledgeable, respectful and always has a smile. It’s a good team!
