My two kids and I moved to Stillwater with intentions of finding stability and raising a happy and healthy family. Birchwood Townhomes is our stepping stone to reaching above our goals.

Havent been here long but i can say its not the best experience! Not a great location the stores nearby are not in walking distance and theres no affordable local transportation. Theres not much for kids to do the parks are no very close and theres not many optins nearby (not a very kid friendly neighborhood or area). It’s affordable thats thr best part!

my unit definitely has mold in it & it got painted over . the electrical outlets are falling out of the wall in the master bedroom & for being low income im shocked at how they maintain these units
