I love living here! I dont love the app to pay rent on it could be much better! Shoveling snow where we don’t is not done well. There should be a basic pamphlets that tells you the dues and don’ts of the cottages! Management didn’t know where my mailbox was, parking should be designated per unit at least one spot.

The neighbors are great and the property manager is fantastic. Just wish we had playground or something for all the neighbor kids to enjoy or a park near by.

I've lived at the Cottages for 5 years and I love everything about this place. The community is very welcoming and the units are well kept and up to date on design and newer appliances. The courtyard is spacious for my kids to run around and play with the other children here. Maintenance is quick to respond if anything happens, no matter how small, in or around the units. Management is super nice and responsive. This is the type of community I'm very happy to raise my kids in. I absolutely love it here.
