Great, not Perfect

We love this apartment for our family. We lived in the original building for 2 years and now live in the new units finished in fall of 2022. There is a variety of floor plans to choose for your needs. The in-unit washer and dryer the most useful feature. The staff are very kind, knowledgeable, and punctual. We love being able to rent out the community room for a day. It's fully equipped with a full kitchen, couch, tv, and is perfect for birthday parties. The playground is a great addition as well for the kids. Some downsides are there is no underground parking, it can be quite the walk in the snow from your garage depending on where it is, and there could be more parking. This place is pet friendly and provides bags for dogs out behind the parking lot. For how nice the place is I'm surprised there is not a dog park / play area other than the designated grassy area which is on a hill. As for noise, you can hear the trains at night and the apartments do not keep noise out from your neighbors. It seems like this is more true for the new side of the building than the original building.

This place seems pricey for the area. The college ain’t far up the road so some college students live in the building. Some can get a little noisy. Apartments are nice but the window type ac don’t keep up sometimes and it runs about nonstop. Making our power about outrageous.

Over priced cheap apartment

$1300 a month for an apartment that leaks water when it rains. Cheap doors that don't shut. Towel racks that fall off the wall when more than one towel is on them. Staff that barely works with you and they take more than 2 months to get back to you with an answer, even with constant reminders. Not worth the price at all much rather live in a trailer park.
