Love The Plaza

I have been a resident at the Plaza for 4 years and love living here! The staff is friendly and professional; work orders for repairs or other issues are handled promptly. It's a classy beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown St. Paul, Highland Village and the airport.

THE PLAZA RATES HIGH

I just wanted to comment on how much I enjoy living at The Plaza. I have know of the building since it was built, but previously owned condos and townhouses in the area. When I decided to rent in 2014, I found an available unit that was spacious, quiet, had great views and large windows, and it was able to accommodate my furniture and 12+ bookcases! The staff has been friendly, helpful and responsive to any requests. The neighbors are also friendly, have interesting backgrounds, and respect for the quiet atmosphere of the building. I am happy to renew my lease as of August 1.

Giving 2 reviews: Tami-daughter-My parents have lived at The Plaza for almost 4 years. It is not just an apartment to live, it is a community of diverse people and of all ages. There are activities(optional) to involve the residents which has made my parents (age 87 and 91) live actively and independently. Karen, Brittany and Dale have been there to make my parent's life a happy one since leaving their home. I want to thank everyone for allowing my parent's to be free of entering a senior place Helen/Ed Smith We enjoyed moving into The Plaza after leaving our home of 64 yrs where we were so welcomed and immediately involved in the community. The Plaza is a clean, up-to-date residence where our needs are met immediately. We have made friends of all ages and with the courtesy shuttle we can remain active and mobile. Thank you to Karen, Brittany and Dale our in-house StuartCo. staff who are always there for us!!
