It's been great living here at the Kendrick. Parking is never an issue. It's located in a clean, safe neighborhood. Staff is helpful. Great space for my dog to explore outside.

Over the three years I have lived at the Kendrick rent has just steadily increased, but they have actually removed over half the trees around the property. They constantly have projects going on that make things less convenient for the residents and most of the time limit the already limited parking
