love my apartment, the only feedback I have is, its inconvenient to have to go downstairs to get someone who is coming over to my apartment. Needing a fob and having no way to page them in, is a bit inconvenient but its okay, it keeps the place secure

This apartment is amazing. All the common areas like the workout room, community rooms, and mail rooms are always very clean and tody. The office staff and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and very quick to resolve any issues or answer any questions. I would highly recommend this place- the residents have all been very respecful, friendly, and quiet.

I have had a great experience living at the collection. The location is great if you want a bite to eat, grab something from the store, go for a walk, etc. The neighborhood is very quiet after 10pm which is great. It's additionally great the building is quiet during the evening and the most part of the day. Security could be a little better and response time to issues from staff etc. All in all, I would highly recommend Weidner and this building as a very suitable living apartment building.
