Recently I've notice a noise issue ie running in hallways & inside units. if you could bring this to the attention of other tenants.
Not worth what is being charged.
I personally think the apartments I've had with this company are over priced. Also, they're not renter friendly with minimal lease flexibility (i.e. can't sign a lease that ends between Octobter-March) and having to give two months notice upon moving out, renewing a lease, or breaking a lease forces people into a decision before they're comfortable making said decision. Also, there are no utilities covered and they're expensive. For my small studio apartment I spend over $60 a month on water, sewer and trash and I only shower every other day for less than 5 min. Old windows with poor insulation can raise the elctrical bill significantly too. Overall though, the neighbors are fine stick to themselves and stay pretty quiet and the apartments are in fairly good condition. If you don't mind overpaying a little and not have flexible leasing options. I should mention they tend to change things last minute such as the utilities. I originally signed a lease with water, sewer, and trash covered, but one day after signing the lease they told me they sent me the wrong one and I had to sign the one that said no utilities are covered. Anyway, that is my review. Hope it is helpful.
