alright

lived at Rayette Lofts over 5 years, and the building has gotten worse since Cushman, then Village Green became managers in 2025. Sherman was good. Property has good cleaning contractors, but bigger projects are neglected- garage cleaning, windows, alley, roof, hall painting, garbage room. Management lost our restaurant, and can't new one. Rent is higher than similar lofts. Amenities are worn out and compare poorly..

very safe building

I have lived here since November 2019. I feel very safe within the building and my apartment. My life here is smooth and as always I appreciate the kind staff. I enjoy having the Farmers Market next door.

Struggling

2 months I didn't like management at first. One was too casual and one was still in training. The one that was in training has really stepped it up but the place has inherited a lot of problems from the previous owner and I don't think this person has the personality or experience to handle the barrage of people coming at her. The tenants themselves are not friendly at all. I said hi multiple times to people and very rarely do I get a response. I do appreciate how quiet the building is though.
