There is a strong pee smell in the front and back of the building making it incredibly repulsive. I also wish the colors were more inviting in Parkside. The dark grey or wash of brown kills any light bouncing.

Cons: Underground parking is extremely limited. Street parking is busy due to area. Only extra amenity in the building is a small gym, and I wish there were more cameras or signs to keep random people away from the front or side doors. Maintenance seems to be performed behind schedule. Pros: large apartment size for the price. Management is kind.

It is an old building, the elevator is not great. underground parking for around $150 a month, above ground lot is several blocks away and still over $100 a month. Very few amenities, just some small gyms. I got a good deal with a rent special for the size of the apartment, so I am happy with it.

Its in the city, so its in a nice location. But theres no parking, the gym space is very minimal, no pool or patio space, just the apartments.
