Its in the city, so its in a nice location. But theres no parking, the gym space is very minimal, no pool or patio space, just the apartments.

Decent Living

I've lived here for 8 months now and overall it is ok. The elevator has broken down 3 times, but is fixed within a few days. My maintenance requests are taken care of within a week (doesn't seem to matter what priority level it is, it takes 5-7 days). The community/building is quiet. The park right across the street is a big plus.

Great Value

The location, updated facilities, kind staff, and prompt maintenance repairs make this a great place to live. Aside from the noise you would expect from living in any downtown area, this building is remarkably quiet. Great value for the price.
