Clean and comfortable
I've lived here for about 2 years now. The location is extremely convenient to downtown activities, the airport, walking trails, Grand Avenue, and many other spots. It is occasionally noisy due to events in the neighborhood, but is mostly quiet. Updated building with nice amenities.
