Good so far!
I've only lived here about a month and a half but so far it's been good. I haven't really had any major maintenance issues and the one I did have was fixed the next day. It's clean and well-maintained, and the people are friendly; my only "complaint" is that I wish there was more security, particularly more at night. I am a server and often don't get home until about 2-4am and it can be kind of scary coming home at night with the locale around Mears Park. I feel like an overnight security guard is needed more than any other time of day. I'd feel much safer if there were more people working security or other security measures in place. I've had one incident so far and I hope it doesn't happen often (or at all in a perfect world).
Lowertown Lofts is a dog and cat-friendly community. We allow up to two pets per apartment, with no weight limit. Dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered and shots up to date. Vet records may be requested. Other small or caged animals are allowed; please contact us or read our full pet policy for details.
