Couldn’t have found a better place for my pets

I’ve been at lower town commons for a year and I can honestly say it’s perfect. I love that my pets have a place to live where no one has issues with dogs. The location is amazing and my neighbors are always friendly

So far so good!

I’ve only been living here for almost a month and it’s been good! I am so surprised with how quiet the apartment is considering the amount of dogs that live here, I could hear a pin drop! The apartment was clean and in pretty good shape when I moved in. The walk from parking is very short, which is nice. Most dog owners just let their animals use the bathroom right outside the main door, so it often smells like animal waste right outside the apartment, which is unpleasant. Overall, the staff are very nice and have been very accommodating! I feel like I’m getting a great deal for what I’m paying the the location I’m at with the space I have!

Concerns complaints reviews

Kind of a cool apartment but when you walk outside the apartment, it smells of dog urine, which is very upsetting for me. Also, I have a valve leaking in my apartment that has not been resolved yet.
