Adequate.

Love the old feel - exposed beams and high ceilings. Great location in lowertown, lots to do in the area. Parking is not convenient, especially in the winter.

Nice location, great high ceilings

High ceilings with beautiful exposed timber; close to farmers market and baseball games; parking situation is not ideal-to park in building is extremely expensive; gym equipment is not great; animal owners let animals go to bathroom immediately outside of apt buidling making it smell; no communa outside space

Nice Apartment

Nice place to live if you are into exploring the city of Saint Paul. Apartment is nice and has a historic vibe to it within the city of Saint Paul. We love living here and don't plan to leave any time soon.
