Great building

The staff and building have been tremendous since I moved in. They have heard our concerns when needed and always willing to offer a helping hand. I have really enjoyed my time here and everything that the area has to offer.

Frustrations

Since moving here, the residents have been friendly and the area is awesome to go explore. I have really enjoyed moving here and continue to love the building and everything it has to offer. My only concern has been something that continues to be an issue and not addressed when brought up to staff. Every morning my girlfriend leaves to catch the train to work and we take our dog out to go to the bathroom to the nearby park. There is usually homeless people sleeping in the entry and the trash brought with it. I have spoken to other residents and have heard that they called the police which has been done. I was told by staff to tell them to leave so I have done that. Now it seems like every morning there are ppl that have been sleeping and have left before I have got up but continue to leave trash and smoke cigarettes in the entry. It stinks up the place and leaves a disgusting smell throughout the building. I live here, staff does not, what can be done to prevent these people from continuing to do this? Should I take the matters into my hands and start getting up at midnight and threaten them? Or will staff listen to its residents that pay and generous rent and pay there salaries to do something to help avoid an altercation from happening. I ask that someone please do something about this before I have too. Consider locking the fro t doors after hours would be start. I hope I can continue to enjoy this place and other weidner properties in the future. Thank you

Lofts Review

I love living here! Great views from my unit and in the heart of Lowertown- Farmer's Market, CHS Field, plenty of bars and restaurants, Mears Park, etc. Seems like most people here own a dog (or a gecko), and their owners are pretty cool, too :)

The Best of Lowertown Living!

The Lofts at Farmer’s Market is a great place to live! I have no regrets for making it my choice for me and my dog. There are views out one side of CHS Field and of historic buildings on the others. I love rolling out the door and into the Farmer’s Market, love having Big River Pizza on the first floor of our building, and enjoy music and other events right in my neighborhood. The residents are good neighbors and responsible pet owners (dog and cat friendly) and the staff persons are personable and responsive. Amazing!

We love living here! All of the staff are amazing and friendly. Jesika is especially awesome and is always willing to help or just say hi! The apartment and common areas are always clean. We love living so close to the farmer's market and all the restaurants/bars.
