Good, with Problems
There's a dang dog that's ruining our experience in this apartment. It's from the apartment above us (we're in Apt #121) and is constantly barking all night and day. It's ridiculous. We're animal lovers and have literally never complained about any pet ever, so if WE'RE mad then ANYONE would be mad. Other than that, the place is great, would recommend highly. The maintenance guy(s) is the best of the best, great work by him. Please don't raise the laundry prices. $2 for a wash and $2 for a dry is pretty close to insanity. My last apartment had us pay $12 A MONTH for unlimited laundry. That price is 3 loads at your potential new rates. If you do raise the rates, we'll do our laundry elsewhere and you'll lose income. Thanks :)
I love my apartment but I feel that we are paying alot for it when other apartments in the building are up kept more. I love the area but you need to find more parking for your residents. You have the garages which I feel every apartment should have at least one spot in a garage so that would give more parking space for outside. I have personally have had to park across the street and 3 blocks down at night after a 16 hour day i would like to not have to walk that far just to get home.

Lexington Hills claims to have an on-site manager which is not true. The building is not kept clean. The carpet in the stairwells is old and filthy. The light bulbs in the hallway burn out an don't get changed. The worst thing about living in Lexington Hills is the lack of communication by the property management. I hear tenants talking to each other often about the lack of communication.
I genuinely love living here.
I highly recommend living at Lexington Hills to my friends, and two of them now live here as a result. It's truly a great place to live. The facilities staff is dutiful and diligent, and I have never had an unreasonable wait on effective maintenance solutions. Communications with the building management company could certainly stand improvement. Currently I do not know of any posted office hours, and previously management has gone through extensive changes without adequately informing the residents here. Now that the managerial shifting has settled the current property managers do a proper job. Parking is only particularly terrible when the street sweepers are scheduled to run. Over the summer this happened on the same initial date that management scheduled resurfacing of the parking lot. As both the lots and the street in front of the building were restricted, there were few reasonable parking options in the area. While that situation was unlikely to occur in the first place, there was a distinct air among people here that management was entirely out of touch with the building's residents. A little more diligence and transparency would go a long way.
