Location, Style, Comfort

I've been living here for three years now and I must say, moving here from the suburbs has been the best choice I've ever made. For this place, the location is almost everything. Right on Grand Ave you've got an active neighborhood you can feel comfortable in with much of what you might need in walking distance. Additionally, if you're worried about noise, I've got good news- this end of Grand Ave isn't anywhere near as loud and busy as it is elsewhere on the street, as this end tends to skew more towards the residential. As for the apartments themselves, they're well maintained and old-school in style with nice tall ceilings, large windows and hardwood floors. Maintenance and staff are always on top of things, timely and friendly.

Good, more communication

It's a nice location with a lot of character, but sometimes it's difficult getting ahold of property management. Now that we are under temporary management it's been better, but we will see if the permanent staff hired are better at communicating.

Truthful review of our experience

1. First year amazing no problems she even moved to new apartment where it was ok 2. Middle of 2022 is when it started to be hard to deal. 3. The community landlord would pick on my wife who is an minority for no reason blaming her for things she was not doing. To point of we had to move out immediately. 4. If your a minority please just beware before making the move. 5. Maintenance work never got done 6. We even when as far as getting her investigated by clvil rights and housing.
