Great Place

I love this place most of the staff are very friendly. If there is a problem in my unit I'll put in a work order and they come promptly. I have had some issues with the neighbors and the loud music playing. I have brought it to the office attention and they did address the issue. Although it's still on going I appreciate the fact the staff did listen and tried to resolve the issue. One thing I would say is there should be security on the premises, sometime just the presence of and officer is needed. The place is fairly clean the guy that cleans the building does an amazing job. I would say there should be another laundry room on either side of the hallway. The parking is AMAZING!!! Julie, LA, Mike and some of the other staff don't really know all of their names, but they are all GREAT!!! I love sitting on my patio when I come home from a hard day at work. This place really feels like home to me. I love the layout and how spacious the unit is. I APPRECIATE THE EASTSIDE APARTMENT STAFF THE OWNER AND EVERYONE THATS ASSOCIATED WITH THEM.

The apartment size is great lots of space. I’ve lived here for about 2 years now. I love Heather the manager, she’s quick to respond to a problem if there is one. The full staff it’s self is great. I’d rate living here a 7 out of 10. It would be nice to have a laundry room on my end of the buolding. Other than that i really don’t have any complaints.
