Do not pay for the garage. The cameras do not work everyone someone broke into my car, and the building let me know that the camera that faces my car does not work. They charge $75 to park down there. The manger is very rude most of the time. The prices do not match the apartments, yes, they are very nice, but I went a whole year without having a dishwasher because they refused to fix it. The elevator is broken almost every other weekend. When the office is supposed to be open, they have the door closed and will not open it.

I love this place most of the staff are very friendly. If there is a problem in my unit I'll put in a work order and they come promptly. I have had some issues with the neighbors and the loud music playing. I have brought it to the office attention and they did address the issue. Although it's still on going I appreciate the fact the staff did listen and tried to resolve the issue. One thing I would say is there should be security on the premises, sometime just the presence of and officer is needed. The place is fairly clean the guy that cleans the building does an amazing job. I would say there should be another laundry room on either side of the hallway. The parking is AMAZING!!! Julie, LA, Mike and some of the other staff don't really know all of their names, but they are all GREAT!!! I love sitting on my patio when I come home from a hard day at work. This place really feels like home to me. I love the layout and how spacious the unit is. I APPRECIATE THE EASTSIDE APARTMENT STAFF THE OWNER AND EVERYONE THATS ASSOCIATED WITH THEM.
