really enjoying it!
I was a bit weary at first, but I really like how clean and well maintained and stylish it is, I have heard of garage issues, but i find street parking pretty easily.

Overpriced and only OK
Overpriced units for a small spaces. The neighborhood, although not far from downtown, does not justify the price. Especially when there are other complexes up the street for less.
