On the Park

I have lived here for over a year. The building is well maintained, and the community room and art gallery add value. The homeless in the area make cause some trouble that seems to be under control at the moment. More police in the area would help, but if you like the area generally, this is a decent building.

Nice place to live

I've lived here for almost a year. It's a nice place to live if you work in downtown St. Paul or need to live in the St. Paul area. The staff is great, the people are nice, and the building is pretty quiet.
