At first I liked Pioneer Apartments. Then there was alot of residents causing problems. Most of them are gone now. I like my independence so I stay in my apartment. Things have changed for the better. I love it here now. My daughter doesnt give me favoritism because she is part of the Shelter Coorp. I just want everyone to know. The people are very helpful and caring. A little nosey.
