Hello, I moved in in July of 2023. I moved from neapolis for a large home in the far west suburbs after living in the Uptown area of Minneapolis for the previous 20years. Most of my time was owning homes and selling frequently, so moving around is something I enjoy. The place I chose can from a friend who resides here, for the last 5 years. I find the interior appointments to be solid, noise proof, and many great neighbors who go to work everyday and enjoy their timeoff. I do like it here. The one sticking point is the off street parking for visitors, There is simply way too much retail parking in prime spots that are just not supported by the retailers. I know there can be regulations to support the retail business, but that can be looked at a little closer. Not sure if I am going to re-new my lease again, as I do like to move around, and I suspect my rent may go higher, and my work hours are being reduced or no pay increase. Thats all I have time for now. Thank you.

Hoigard village review

Fantastic place to live, close to many places both in the city and greater metropolitan area. The staff is curtiois and kknd and makes sure to be up to date on maintenance. Underground parking is great. Utlizinv the onsite gym and pool is also a plus!

Nice apartments, everything else: blah

Lived at Harmony Vista for 2.5 years. The apartments are nice, and the location is good. Hwy 100 is a little noisy, so if you face south, you gotta deal with that on the balcony. I’ve lived close to the airport, and that’s not even as bad. The amenities are nice, nothing too fancy. The heated garage made a world of difference, though. Staff can be kind of unresponsive and let things slide, you really gotta bug them.

Sometimes I feel like I live in this building alone, all I hear is the train pass by, until the summer time then it’s spring break !!!

Hoigaard review

Parking can is usually great with the exception of people breaking into cars. The maintainence workers are beyond wonderful, whenever I put in a request I feel like they come to fix it fast and are nice people. The noise is great I almost never hear a thing. There could be a hot tub which would be nice but other than that the amenities are great, if I were being picky a bigger or more gym equipment would be nice.
