3764 Alabama Ave S

Lived here for 3 years and happy with the centrally located location. Great neighborhood to be in, the trade off is the outside parking in the winter which is tough on the vehicle. Also, as long as nothing needs fixing and you don't need to be in communication with the rental company its been great. However, any time there is an issue, expect weeks to go by before hearing any possibility of a resolution along with needing to send numerous follow up emails to make sure your issues are addressed and being worked on. If you don't reach out, don't expect to be kept in the loop or hear anything back from the company.
