A Pre-Lease Deposit of $500Ā is due at the time of application. Once approved, the Pre-Lease Deposit will be applied towards your security deposit. The following is due at the time of application: Pre-Lease Deposit $50Ā non-refundable application fee per (age 18+) applicant ApplicationĀ fees must be paid in one of the following ways: Credit card or ACH (e-check) with an online application Money order or cashierās check (payable to Hornig Companies) with a hard copy application All in-person applications must be turned in directly to the Hornig Companies office.
