A Pre-Lease Deposit of $500 is due at the time of application. Once approved, the Pre-Lease Deposit will be applied towards your security deposit. The following is due at the time of application: Pre-Lease Deposit $50 non-refundable application fee per (age 18+) applicant Application fees must be paid in one of the following ways: Credit card or ACH (e-check) with an online application Money order or cashier’s check (payable to Hornig Companies) with a hard copy application All in-person applications must be turned in directly to the Hornig Companies office. So far good. The nose level and the kids alone outside is probably the worst part of living in the area. Kids screaming and no parents outside watching kids.

Great place to live in St. Joe

Have been living here for 7 years now. Never regretted moving here. Love the attached garage and washer, and dryer in the unit. People are friendly here. Overall, great place to live.
