So far good. The nose level and the kids alone outside is probably the worst part of living in the area. Kids screaming and no parents outside watching kids.

Have been living here for 7 years now. Never regretted moving here. Love the attached garage and washer, and dryer in the unit. People are friendly here. Overall, great place to live.

A Pre-Lease Deposit of $500Ā is due at the time of application. Once approved, the Pre-Lease Deposit will be applied towards your security deposit.
