Ive had maintaince requests closed without anyone setting foot into my unit. When they do actually address issues, it takes months to actually happen with poor communication in the process. Note that smoke free doesnt apply to the woman who blocks the walkway to smoke and the washers or dryers are constantly non functional.

The new management has been very poor. The building is managed very inefficiently. I have pointed out to management the areas in which they are wasting money. The new tactics of additional charges for tenants is very sleazy and immoral. I have brought my concerns forward to management, and he said, "That question is above my paygrade." He never brought in someone that was of the paygrade to answer my question. I predict a mass vacancies for this company due to poor leadership and constant attempts to take advantage of residents.
