Great Neighborhood

Vintage is the cleanest apartment complex I've ever lived in. The staff is kind and accommodating with a prompt and friendly service team. Living over a busy street doesn't make for the best open window sleeping but overall I am happy with my home here.

Slowly getting worse

Ever since being sold and losing Curtis, the previous maintenance manager, the maintenance of the property has fallen off considerably. No more scheduled cleanings of the garage, the leaking garage roof seems to go completely unaddressed, the paint on the cabinets in the apartments are delaminating. There are no more scheduled air filter changes happening. It seems like the new ownership either does not prioritize maintenance of the property or know how to maintain the property.

Overall a nice place to live

Management is friendly but it can be hard to get in touch with someone and they arent very responsive (takes a couple of days at a minimum to get a reply). There’s also just so many changes in staff that I don’t really know who works here and who does what. And they aren’t always accommodating with requests. Maintenance hasn't been as quick to respond as when Curtis was around either. But the building is nice, amenities are good, location is great, and we enjoy living here.
