This Building is beautiful and in a great location but for the amount of rent and cost to do laundry, the parking lot should be better, and when the maintenance fixes things they should actually fix things. Be prepared to always be hot. Multiple radiators are broken and force out intense amounts of heat, and the only form of AC is a window unit in the kitchen that only cools the kitchen.
