Good luck

Good luck getting a response from anyone! I made a rent payment via check and its been 2 months and it hasnt been cashed. Its been applied to my portal as paid but still hasnt been cashed. Ive sent multiple emails to the 2 email addresses i have, and called. No response at all.

Needs better maintenance, my bathroom walls paint is litterly fallen, and nothing has been done for almost 5 or 8 years!

I’ve had a great experience living here I’ve recommended all of the HBG managed buildings in the area to friends and family. My property manager Dena is amazing and doesn’t discriminate anybody she treats everybody fair and the same. Wonderful very clean properties.

No frills at a decent price

I live in a unremodeled apartment, it has a lot of quirks, but it's very charming. The apartment doesn't have many modern amenities like a dishwasher. But I have a nice sunny apartment and a large storage locker.
