The Pioneer Endicott is the Very Heaven for Residents

In August of 2022, we moved in and can scarcely be happier. Management is friendly, prompt, and charming. Access to the skyways is better here than almost any other building in Lowertown. The Pioneer Endicott has the safest bike rooms and there's plenty of room in there. Maintenance is so brilliant, an order is filled almost before it's placed. And we have Legendary Chocolate, the M museum, a wonderful florist, and the first Black-owned bridal shop in the country, right here in the building. Management has wisely kept us from a Facebook page, which proved to be so problematic in the location we moved from, and, at the same time, sets up regular times for residents to meet each other. Oh, and the residents are truly diverse in age, ethnicity, race, religion - you name it! I love having young families in the building, oh, and all the dogs & cats. There's a dog spa here that allows people to wash off paws after a stroll. Did I mention access to the Farmers' Market, now year-round, just a few blocks away, and also CHS field, home to the Saint Paul Saints? We LOVE living here!

Beautiful building could invest more

The staff and neighbors are lovely. The main issues I have for the price of rent is that the parking lot is a mess, the scanner doesn't usually work, the elevators are generally slow or broken. Understanding that this is a historic building so modifications are highly controlled it would still be nice to have better amenities or access to other amenities like a pool and a fire pit.

Great Value!

Not many apartment complexes can legitimately claim to make a seruous and sustained community among their residents. Pioneer-Endicott is one. Building managwrs ho out of their way to create regular social events to encourage interaction. They also are extremely good in the caregory of communications. Through publicly displayed notices and announcements, clear, detailed emails, and warm, friendly, informative one-on-one encouters with residents, Pioneer-Endicott cultivates a culture of respect and concern for the well-being if its residents. I would highly recommend Pioneer-Endicott to anyone looking for a place— not only to live in, but to feel welcomed—in downtown St. Paul!
