I think Harper apartments has a lot of great qualities as location, ascetic, due to it being a newer apartment the in unit washer and dryer and the small pool/roof area is really nice. Regardless of all this I think the price is not worth what the resident get. Many other Apts offer the same things for less. I feel due to the nice ascetic of the place is the reason why the rent is so much but I personally don't think it is worth it.
