Standard Living

Pretty standard apartment. Staff is nice, Maintenance is very responsive. Parking / parking enforcement isn't great. Secure entry system is extremely outdated. Package delivery is a gamble since there is nowhere secure for delivery drop off. Allows pets, that is a plus.

I love my apt i can do without some of the untrue complaints and I feel the building could be alot cleaner in the hallways and my neighbors not putting trash outside their unit or on the ground next yo dumpster especially when it’s not full and that everyone need to be respectful when it comes to parking especially ppl from the next building over leaving no parking for thr ones who lives in the buildings especially the weekend

Lived here for about 8 months and it has been amazing! I am renewing my lease come this month. Staff is super nice and neighborhood is also clean and quiet.
