Great starter apartment
Management here are pretty nice, they are very easy to contact, and reply in a timely manner. The apartment is super cute, it’s great that it isn’t all just carpet.

It's ok
The apartments are nice I guess. My only concern is the utilities. I never knew that in a apartment you'll be responsible for all utilities. So yes you'd be paying all utilities here along with garage and pet rent. I honestly believe you'd be better off renting a house if that's the case.
