Cornerstone Village participates in an affordable housing program. Many of our apartments offer reduced rents through an affordable housing program, as shown in our advertised rates. These units are available to those who meet our income limits, which are based on the total gross annual income of all household members, including any net income from assets. The income limits vary depending on your household size and the type of apartment. To see if you qualify for a rent-reduced apartment, please contact our on-site team. Deposits are equal to one month's rent. To maintain the integrity of the community, credit, criminal and rental background checks are conducted on all applicants.
