I have lived in the St. Cloud area most of my life and this has been my favorite place to live. This pet-friendly apartment is perfect for me and my dog. Tenants are super friendly and the staff is very attentive. Clean apartments with awesome appliances and space. Highly recommend!!!

Too expensive. They are nice, yes. But the carpets were not replaced, had stains. The painting that was done before i moved in, was done very poorly. Pain on the ceilings, outlets, doors,etc.

I've lived in several apartment buildings now and Tremont is by far the nicest one I've stayed in. I love living here because finishes of the apartment are high-end and easy to clean, you never hear any neighbors (even pets), and all entrances have key entry, including the mail room. This apartment is tucked behind a church, in a very quiet area of Sartell. Could not be happier living here.

What initially sold me on this building was the kitchen island with granite countertop. The office staff are very friendly, and the maintanence team is fast to respond to any issues that may pop up. These apartments are well makntained, and the hallways are always clean. Mail is well protected, security is 10/10 with cameras everywhere. The price is about as good as it gets for what’s included as well. Overall a 10/10.

Bathrooms have raised under lit vanities and large linen cabinets. Each apartment home has in unit laundry and a private balcony. Large fitness center, community room, and beautiful paver patio with garden wall seating and a built-in grill. Utilities included in the rent are Heat, Water, Sewer, Refuse, and Electricity. Residents are responsible for payment of optional internet or cable tv.   Renter's Insurance is required for each resident. For every month no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs to the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in.
