I have lived in Rosewood in the Park apartment for over a year now, and I have been very pleased with the area. I feel safe walking around in the area, and the location is very central to the various activities of the St. Cloud area. I enjoy having an in-unit washer and dryer, a major selling point. Although rent is insanely expensive anywhere you look, I feel Rosewood in the Park is reasonably priced, given its convenient location, in-unit washer and dryer, clubhouse, and fitness room. One downfall is that my unit does not have a fireplace, as I wrongfully assumed each unit came with one.

I really like the location and how nice the apartment is for the price. Maintenance hasn't been the greatest. When I first moved in I ended up fixing an issue because they were taking too long. Now the maintenance staff only works evenings, not ideal when I want to sleep. Otherwise it's a nice place to live.

We LOVE living at the Rosewood in the Park Apartments! The complex is rather quiet during the day and evening hours. The property's Manager, Christine, is a joy to be around and super helpful! Everyone minds their own business really and the maintenance department is quick when it comes to requests! We absolutely love being here. Rent prices are low compared to the area and for what you get. Serious BANG FOR YOUR BUCK here! We also decided to rent a tuck under garage and it still didn't blow our budget. Grateful to have found this one, it is a definite GEM in St. Cloud MN

Rosewood in the Park is a one of a kind luxury-living community! Each apartment features in unit washer/dryers, walk-in closets, well lit and spacious living areas with vaulted ceilings and fireplaces available in many! The community features a community patio and BBQ area, state-of-the-art fitness center and modern recreational room equipped with billiards, foosball, entertainment and seating areas!  We offer spacious one & two-bedroom apartments with fantastic amenities in a great location at incredibly affordable rates. Heat, water, sewer and refuse are included at Rosewood. Utilities included in the rent are Heat, Water, Sewer, and Refuse. Residents are responsible for payment of electricity and optional internet or cable tv. Renter's Insurance is required for each resident. For every month no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months’ rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in Pricing and availability are subject to change. Sq ft. listed as approximate value for each unit to the best of our knowledge.
