I enjoyed some things about it. I wish there were an elevator to help for moving things (top floor), wider doorways for furniture to get in the unit, and cleaner common areas / hallways. Guest parking is pretty far from 1100 building. Could use new carpet and paint in common areas also. Pretty decent deal for sq ft in the unit and the unit itself was nicer and more updated. Nice bit window. I think they are updating the laundry rooms/ machines now which would be nice also.

The paint washes off when I wash off my cabinets. My dishwasher is very hard to close so is the balcony door. Ceiling fans are super wobbly. My freezer has no shelf/rack and My fridge leaks inside

I've lived here for about a year and a half, and I really enjoy the monthly leasing as it worked better for moving and timing better. Parking is good, I do wish that there were more than a few laundry machines that worked, out of 3 washers and dryers each it does suck that there's only one working of each, and it's been like that for about a year. The staff is really nice and helpful, and I appreciate the hard work the people who clean outside go through. The apartment itself is really nice, I enjoyed staying in a larger, reasonably priced apartment while I lived here with others.
