Amenities include Air Conditioner, Cable Ready, Carpeting, Ceiling Fan, Fitness Center and more. This rental community is pet friendly, welcoming both cats and dogs. We are a family and student based community with onsite staff, conveniently close to shopping, schools (Talahi, SCSU, Lincoln), parks, play grounds, Mississippi river and on 2 bus lines.     Heat is included with the rent. Residents are responsible for payment of water, sewer, refuse, electricity and optional internet or cable tv. Renter's Insurance is required for each resident. For every month no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months’ rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in

Rowdy, noisy, affordable

The apartment is located in a convenient place in St Cloud, with a bus station down the road and a gas station nearby. Ammenities are what you paid for, though maintenance is subpar. Staff respond to your issues depending on what you are complaining about, sometimes it's fast, sometimes you don't get a reply at all (especially so when it's a complaint). **The biggest issue of renting here is definitely the rowdy and noisy neighbors, if you cannot tolerate any noise disturbance for long hours and have nothing done about it, I heavily urge you to find somewhere better. Or you will suffer like we did.

It’s not bad.

It’s not bad ,it’s quite and col .if I try to explain how it’s look like it’s quite but inside the building when you enter it smiling bad because I don’t know if the residents smoking something Iam not sure if it’s that course but ather wise it’s good.

Decent value apartment

I have lived here for almost a year and overall I am very satisfied. I wish we had better washer and dryer units and a recycling can. Maybe some pollinating plants and a compost site would also be amazing.
