The total annual household gross income is considered. HOUSEHOLD SIZE ANNUAL INCOME LIMIT Section 8 (30% AMI) 1 Person $20,300 2 People $23,200 3 People $26,650 4 People $32,150 5 People $37,650 6 People $43,150 Income limits are subject to change per applicable affordable housing program guidelines. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit equal to the first month of rent + utility allowance is due at the time of move-in. OCCUPANCY Sunrise Manor is made up of two and three-bedroom townhomes. - In a two-bedroom unit, HUD guidelines require that the household consists of 2-4 people. A one person household would not qualify for a two-bedroom unit. - In a three-bedroom unit, HUD guidelines require the the household consists of 3-6 people. The initial maximum number of residents in a unit is equal to two persons per bedroom unless otherwise stated in the property's Resident Selection Plan, where applicable. Each unit is limited to no more than two unrelated or four related adult persons per unit. Lloyd Management defines a related adult person as either a child, dependent, or parent of the head of household. General occupancy standards and any federal, state, or local housing ordinances will supersede this policy. UTILITIES Water, sewer, and trash are included with the monthly rent payment. Residents are responsible for gas and electric.
