Great property

While we were only here a short time due to a new home being built, the staff in the office were great! Always chatting when we came in for the free coffee bar. Pool area is nice with comfortable furniture and the game room with pool table and table games are a nice get away from your apt!

Project Managers Perspective

Hello, I moved here back in December of 2021 because of a new project. Amazingly Trio staff were able to get me settled in record time. I was able to find an apartment that was perfect for me and get moved in within a week. The staff is outstanding here. Both the previous leasing assistant Naan and Connie the property manager for Southbridge went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Overall I have no complaints. I have an indoor heated parking space and a top floor apartment that accommodates me very well. Even recently when my washing machine had an issue they were able to look at it the next day and made sure I had means to do laundry while it was being repaired. I could not really ask for more. After living in Minneapolis Minnehaha Falls area this is a welcomed change. The silence bothered me at first, the ambulance and police sirens get old fast. Fortunately, here is very quite despite being within 2 mins of Hwy 169. It is a great place to live and work from. All the units here are very nice and well furnished. Full size washer and dryer make the laundry mat obsolete for large blankets and so forth. As a single person I work a considerable amount more than some and don't have time to shovel snow or try to get into my car in waist deep snow. The response time here for snow removal is impressive. I never have to worry if I can walk on the sidewalk safely or if I will get stuck trying to leave in the morning. I am very grateful to have found a friendly and welcoming community on such short notice. . I really appreciate the management and staff that work so hard to keep this place running smooth. I would recommend this community to any professional looking for a quite relaxing place to come home. Especially those that work in Minneapolis. It is only about 20mins at freeway speeds.
