Beautiful property but quality in value as well as a welcoming atmosphere is not quite there yet. It is a little noisy: you will be able to hear neighbors' movements and conversations late at night (above as well as side neighbors). I do not recommend moving into an apartment directly above any of the party rooms, it does get very loud on weekends. Move in process was one of the worst experiences. Management took away promised amenities and perks on the second day after moving in and refused to honor those agreements. Aggressive lease signing process even though they charge you a fee to hold the apartment. Took an additional two months after move in, of back and forth conversations with management to get all keys and system access to get to in garage and amenities. Pay fees for trash and recycling but trash/recycling goes into same dumpster. A few months into my 12 month lease and I am still waiting for a set of keys and a indoor parking spot.

I have lived here since Oct 2024. My wife and I found thsi place after a lot of research. We moved from Denver, Colorado. The amaenities are really first rate, and the price is very affordable. All the staff are very responsive and caring. A top class place indeed!
