I'm just upset that my car was towed suddenly after living here for nearly 5 years because my parking permit got brittle, broke, and fell off my mirror. My car was in my own reserved spot. I was charged $350 to get my car back and almost got killed by some crazy driver while riding my bike to the towing company. There are other rules that seem to have abnormally high fees as well. Rules and fees like that make me feel unwelcome and unappreciated as a resident. Some of the rules seem to discourage interaction as well, like they just want everybody to stay hidden and silent inside their apartment like it is a hotel instead of home and community. The washing machines are expensive and always seem to be breaking down/not accepting payment. One time the dumpsters started on fire and it looked like 2-3 garages of stuff got fire damage.

We resided here for nearly three years and had a wonderful experience. Our apartment manager, Bethany, was very responsive to our needs, and maintenance requests were always addressed promptly. The only reason we relocated was to be nearer to my child's school, and the absence of in-unit laundry and a trash chute was inconvenient. Aside from that, I highly recommend this place.

Service is always great from staff, maintenance team is punctual and helpful. Could update to central air Gym is functional, but could expand location is good Basic needs for living are met! Thanks!
