i lived here for 12 years and since the management company took over the maintenance got so much better and so did the snow clearing.

Everything is good here, except for the J brake noise from the semi trucks on highway 15 in the summer when I have the windows open.

I only have 2 things that bother me some. Noise from the semi’s using their J brakes on the highway next door, and the laundry rooms are way too small with the driers being set to only 40 minutes dry time and the clothes not getting dry. Other than these small things, it is great in all other aspects to live here.

My only complaint is that it was always a rule that if you had a dog they were to be walked over on the sides by and behind the garages. When the new people took over they let people use the front lawn as a toilet for their pets. When you look out the window at the lawn it is all brown spots from the pets and the kids can't play there and people are sitting on their truck tail gates when they go outside instead of the lawn. Not the end of the world but kind of sad.

Good convenient and safe place to live. The elevator breaks down every once in a while and the inside of the building is looking run down and beat some, but I like living here. The new parking lot really helped a lot. The dryers in the laundry rooms need to have their run times extended to 60 minutes instead of the 40 minutes like the washing machines, even if it cost another 25 cents for the extra time. Residents are responsible for payment of optional internet or cable tv.   Renter's Insurance is required for each resident. For every month no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs to the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in.
