CAMDEN APARTMENTS offer Studio, 1, 2, & 3 bedroom apartment homes. Beautiful maple and white woodworking throughout. Large screened in balconies overlooking natural grasslands. Conveniently located in Sauk Rapids with quick and easy access to Highways 10 & 15.   Utilities included in the rent are heat, water, sewer, refuse and electricity. Residents are responsible for payment of optional internet or cable tv.   Renter's Insurance is required for each resident. For every month no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs to the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in. My review

Good convenient and safe place to live. The elevator breaks down every once in a while and the inside of the building is looking run down and beat some, but I like living here. The new parking lot really helped a lot. The dryers in the laundry rooms need to have their run times extended to 60 minutes instead of the 40 minutes like the washing machines, even if it cost another 25 cents for the extra time. It asked necessary questions and it was short

I've lived here since 6/1/2002 ( minus 2 months that I lived at Good Shepherd). The best part has been maintenance. Whenever I need something fixed, it's DONE (correctly the first time). I hope Dennis never quits because I've seen some bad ones here before. I had one complaint about the fire alarm ( and a resident with scanner). Ryan( I think) took care of it.

it is great living here

i been living here for 11 years and so so far it is great living here . I really like the new managers they work well with me and my wife. the maintenance requests are great i had problems with both my dishwasher and washer and drier they replaced them and that goes the same with my air conditioner.
