Capitol City Townhomes consists of 69 two and three bedroom town homes located in five different Saint Paul neighborhoods including Summit University, the West Side of Saint Paul, the East Side of Saint Paul, the North End and Frogtown. Love the place and the neighborhood

I love these townhomes. I love the amenties. The oark in the back yard. The park across the street. The liw key area and its just safe and family oriented. The maintenance is okay they are short staffed so things take longer but they work hard and Bruce is extremely nice, but the staff in the office is okay as well I don’t like the over turning of property managers. I love Alicia and Caroline they always are helpful and kind. Mailee is rude most of the time and doesn’t like to work with the tenants. Overall its a great place to live.

Great property, great value… horrible staff

They don’t respond to emails or answer phones. You have to hunt them down to do anything. It takes them days to shovel and months for maintenance. It’s a nice quiet area. The staff is incompetent at its finest. They really don’t care here and the place would be perfect if it wasn’t for poor maintenance and management.
