Shout out to Jeff in maintenance

I had an issue arise, my fridge door had fallen off. I went down to the office to discuss the matter and while talking to the office people, Jeff jumped in and offered to come take a look. Jeff was very friendly, and I really enjoyed his company as he worked to fix my fridge. Jeff got the main issue fixed and actually advocated for us to get a new fridge as ours had seen some years of normal ware and tare. It’s nice to feel like I have a friend in the maintenance crew

The leasing team is very good in assisting me with my move in. We met Randy when we were moving in and he answered various questions that we had. He is knowledgeable and took the time to help us and showed us around the building. He is a great asset to the uppertown team.

We took a tour with the office staff. They were easy to work with for the application process. We met randy who is the maintenance supervisor and he explained a lot of additional things to us. He made us feel at home even though we were not living there yet. He also told us if there is any questions or issues that need to taken care of to feel free to ask him. Thanks to all the staff.

Randy was in my apartment to repair several things. He inspected the issues that I had and quickly fixed them. He listened to what I had to say and explained everything he did to repair my items and even offered some additional advice on a few other concerns I had. He is the best maintenance person I have ever had.
