would enjoy having a sauna, more available washing machines and dryers that consistently work. The seating in the lobby cleaned and/or a "do not put your boxes of groceries on the seatings" because they are now filthy and smelly and counter the aim of the estates of providing a safe and clean environment.

Okay for what it is

Pretty run down and gross. Glad the buildings are one by one getting remodeled. The front security door is never actually locked because it's always broken, the carpet is so bad I have tripped in the hallway multiple times. The elevator is so small you can't fit any furniture in there. And the parking lot is so small there is never anywhere to park.

Come A Long Way

the property has come a long way from the reputation it has had over the years - especially when i was a kid in the 1980s! The staff is friendly, supportive, and works hard to address things in a timely manner. For most part, residents get along as a whole - with the occassional (but far less than you would expect typically) dust up from time to time. Highly reccommend over much more "higher end" places in nearby communities :D
